Getting there

Takes about 1.5 hours from Bremerton. Unimproved roads at the end are passable by most cars except for winter, when 4 wheel drive and chains are recommended. There is a parking area with a National Park style bathroom. If that is full there are a couple spots to park along the road leading up to the parking lot.
