Low Toll Way to Fukuoka Airport

Tired of paying $50 each way to drive to the airport? But who has time to go toll free? There is a middle ground route which takes about 1:45 in good traffic conditions (ie early in the morning) and only costs you about $10 (it was ¥930 on a 2020 weekend).

The route has two parts, a no-toll part and a toll part.

Part 1: No tolls; navigate to this pin which is the entrance to the 35 (from the 202), just past Imari:

Make sure you enable “avoid tolls” on your navigation method of choice. Avoiding tolls to this location only takes about 3 minutes longer according to Google.

Part 2: From here, just navigate to the airport terminal, either the International Terminal or the Domestic Terminal.
